Legacy Real Estate Partners

Your photo session

One hour with a professional photographer, three changes of clothes, and about thirty high resolution images that are yours to keep and use anywhere.

It costs you nothing today. Legacy pays the photographer up front. The $75 comes back out of your next closing, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to expense.

Bring three outfits

A blazer or jacket.

Your Legacy shirt or polo.

Whatever you would actually wear to show a house on a Saturday.

Three real changes, so a month of your marketing does not look like one afternoon.

A few shots are going to feel strange

One is you standing full length with your arms held slightly away from your body. Another is straight into the lens with no expression at all, then turned a little each way. They feel awkward and they look like nothing in the moment.

Those are the ones our system needs most, and they are what let everything else get built. Nothing has gone wrong when the photographer asks for them. Ninety seconds each and they are done.

What the hour looks like

The first stretch is portraits against a plain background. Then you move outside for a few wider frames where you are off to one side, which is us leaving room for headlines.

The last stretch is the loose part: walking, opening a door, talking with your hands, standing with a sign. You will not be looking at the camera for most of it, and those tend to be the pictures people like best.

Three things before you show up

1

Sign the photo release Jackie sends. It has to be done before your session starts.

2

Confirm your time slot with Jackie. Sessions run in one block over about four days.

3

Bring the three outfits on hangers, and anything you would normally have in hand.

Afterwards

You do not have to do anything. The photos come to us, they go into your marketing automatically, and you get the full set for your own use as well.
